2007 MICHIGAN LABOR PRESS AWARD

The MLP Award is presented yearly to someone who has provided outstanding support of labor communications: or who has voiced the labor viewpoint or a significant labor truth.  The nominees can be from the general public, union movement or the MLP. (exception is current MLP board members)

The nominations will be reviewed by the nominations committee who will narrow the selection to no more than three.  The full MLP Executive Board will make the final selection.  The award will be presented at the 2007 MLP conference.

Nominations can be made by any MLP current member.  The form should be returned to: Dave Corrie, MLP Secretary, SEIU Local 517M, 1026 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI 48912 by February 26, 2007.
